When does early bird pricing end?
Early Bird pricing of £395 is available until May 17th.  Early bird pricing gives £100 off per ticket. From then on, conference passes will be £495.

Is there a group discount for ChefConf?
If you are interested in sending a group, contact or your Account Manager to find out about discounts on group tickets.

Where is ChefConf London?
The event location is etc. Venues St Pauls.  200 Aldersgate, London, EC1A 4HD. The nearest tube stations are St Pauls (Central Line) and Barbican (Circle, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & CIty Lines)

Is the ChefConf London Community Celebration separate from ChefConf? Is there a price to attend?
Your ticket to the Community Celebration is part of your ChefConf pass so no additional fee is charged.

Can I bring a plus one to the Wednesday night Community Celebration?
Yes, if you are interested in bringing a plus the evening event, there is a one time charge of £30 for a guest pass. Please contact Note: all guests at the Community Celebration must be 18 years of age or older.

Are meals provided with my ChefConf pass?
All scheduled meals in the agenda are included as part of your Conference Pass fee. This covers breakfast and lunch on both days and food and drinks at the Community Celebration. We can cater for various dietary requirements.

Can you suggest some reasonably priced accommodation?
There is a huge range of hotels near to the venue. Here are some suggestions that may have lower cost rooms available, all within 20 minutes walk:

Easy Hotel Old Street / Barbican
Premier Inn London Farringdon
Travelodge London Bank
Point A Hotel Shoreditch

There are 2 tube stations within easy walking distance of the venue so locations on the Central line or Circle line are also good options.

Does Chef have a published Code of Conduct?
We expect participants to adhere to the code of conduct at all conference venues and conference-related social events. Details are provided here.
